WHAT PEOPLE SAY
I joined Clemson Fitness Company for accountability, encouragement, and of course, I wanted to see results. As a college student, I love being able to sign up for classes that fit my busy schedule. I know that whatever class I am going to, I will sweat with a purpose and be encouraged to be a little bit better than the time before. If you make the effort to go to classes daily, you will absolutely see results in your body, in your energy, in your endurance, and in your strength. Push-ups have always been a struggle for me, but I have recently noticed how much easier push-ups are in Kettlebell AMPD since going to TRX. All of the classes seem to build on one another, and I am feeling stronger with every class I take. Burpees are another exercise I used to absolutely dread, and now I cannot wait to do burpees in the HIIT or Tabata classes. I am extremely thankful that I am apart of the Clemson Fitness Company family because instead of trying to find an excuse not to workout, I am now able to look forward to my workout as a highlight of each day. I am more motivated than ever to live a healthy lifestyle and continue working hard to reach my fitness goals.
I've been attending Lauren's HIIT and barre classes for the last year & every single workout has been top notch. Lauren is creative and fun, but also very professional in the way she teaches and organizes classes. She customizes each workout based on the needs of every group member and takes the time to teach each exercise. I've lived all over the country and experienced a lot of different trainers and workout classes, but Lauren is the best. She really wants each participant to get the most out of their workout, and she makes it fun!
I've taken classes from both Lauren and Leigh and both instructors are fun, motivating, and extremely effective! The PulsePointe classes tone muscles you didn't know you had and the HIIT, TRX, and kettlebell AMPD classes burn major calories while building lean muscles. If you want to maximize your workout in a fun and friendly environment, Clemson Fitness Company is the place for you!
